General

• Standard Dusk Till Dawn, partypoker & PartyPoker LIVE Terms Apply.
• The event dates, schedule and structure are subject to change.
• The Tournament Director(s) can make amendments to tournaments at their discretion.
• All tournaments in this festival are unlimited re-entry. Players can have multiple entries per flight.
• For an event to start, the tournament must have 15 players registered.
• Day two stacks are non-transferable and will be in play from the start of day two.
• Final Table deals are permitted at the tournament director’s discretion. 10% of the remaining prize pool must be left for the winner.
• Players that register after a tournament starts will receive a full starting stack.
• Players can have a single re-entry in each Day 1 before the end of late registration.
  If a player progresses to Day 2, they may still play future Day 1s to attempt to build a bigger chip stack or cash multiple times.
• All players who reach Day 2 will receive Minimum-Cash value from the prize pool.
• If a player makes it to Day 2 more than once, their highest stack will be in play from the start, all other stacks will be forfeit but will receive Min-Cash value from prize pool.
• If a player makes it to Day 2 and is unable to play for any reason (including isolation due to Covid 19), they will receive Minimum-Cash value from the prize pool. Their chips will remain in play and blinds/ antes will be taken when appropriate. If the player’s chips remain in play after a pay jump, they will receive the value of that pay jump.
• Day 2 seats are non-transferable.
• Management decision is final.

Satellites

• Tickets are non-transferable and there are no refunds or cash alternatives available if a player is unable to play the event.
• Tickets must be used for the target event. 
• Players must buy-in in full, no part payment available.
• Management decision is final.

Buy-in

• Players can buy into Online Day 1s, or Live Day 1 holding tanks via the partypoker software.
• If a player buys into a holding tank and is then unable to play, the money will be returned to their partypoker account.
• Players can buy-in in advance via Luxon Pay, head to the FAQs page for more information. Please note that Luxon Pay is a third-party organisation that will manage the buy-in, partypoker accepts no responsibility for any losses or errors that occur.
• Players can buy-in with cash at the venue.
• All buy-in methods are capped due to capacity at Dusk Till Dawn.
• Management decision is final.

Payouts

• 3% of every prize pool will be withheld for tournament staff, marketing and operational costs.
• Guaranteed events are paid out after deducting the withheld costs of the prize pool.
• Example pay-outs are based on the guarantee of the tournament. If this is surpassed, the pay-out will be altered accordingly. We also reserve the right to alter the pay-out structure at our discretion.
• Players who have bought in via partypoker (online day 1s or via holding tanks) will be paid into their partypoker account.
• Players who have bought in with cash at the venue will be paid in cash.
• Players who have bought in via Luxon Pay will be paid into their Luxon Pay account.
• Management decision is final.
