DTD UKPC NEWSLETTER GIVEAWAY

1. All entrants must be over the age of 18.
2. To participate in this promotion all entrants must sign up to the Dusk Till Dawn newsletter. If the information provided by the winner upon signing up is proven to be false, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
3. If the winner is not available to attend the UKPC Main Event the ticket cannot be exchanged for equivalent money value.
4. The prize includes one £560 buy-in to the UKPC only, no other expenses will be covered. The winner will have a choice to play one of three Live Day 1’s at Dusk Till Dawn between 13^th and 15^th January 2023. You can view the full schedule here.

6. The winner will be required to already be a member or sign up to Dusk Till Dawn membership upon entering the cardroom.
7. The winner will be required to provide identification upon collection of the ticket to show that he / she is the authorised holder of the provided e-mail account.
8. By entering this giveaway, you have agreed to Dusk Till Dawn’s Privacy Policy.
9. Management reserve the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time.
10. All management decisions regarding this promotion are final.

EVENT & FESTIVAL TERMS

1. Standard DTD Club Terms and Conditions apply.
2. The event dates, schedule and structures are subject to change. 
3. The Tournament Director(s) can make amendments to tournaments at their discretion. 
4. The UKPC Main Event tournament allows 1 Re-Entry per Day 1.
5. Day 1s play to 15% of the field.
6. Players can play multiple Main Event Day 1s and take their largest stack to Day 2.
7. Day 2 stacks are non-transferable and will be in play from the start of Day 2. 
8. If a player makes Day 2 more than once they will win multiple min-cashes.
9. Final Table ICM deals are permitted at the tournament director’s discretion. 10% of the remaining prize pool must be left for the winner.
10. Players that register after a tournament starts will receive a full starting stack. 
11. Players can buy-in in advance via Luxon Pay, head to the how to buy in page for more information. Please note that Luxon Pay is a third-party organisation that will manage the buy-in.
12. Players can buy-in with cash at the venue.   
13. 3% of every prize pool will be withheld for tournament staff, marketing, and operational costs 
14. 25% of any prize money which exceeds the £100,000 guarantee on the Warm Up Event will be issued as seats to the Main Event.
15. Guaranteed events are paid out after deducting the withheld costs of the prize pool. 
16. Players who have bought in or qualified via GGPoker can choose to be paid in to their GGPoker accounts.
17. Players who have bought in with cash at the venue will be paid in cash. 
18. Players who have bought in via Luxon Pay can choose to be paid into their Luxon Pay account.
19. During the UK Poker Championships festival, live streaming, recording and event photography will be taking place by Dusk Till Dawn, DTDLIVE, PokerNews, GGPoker & pre-approved third parties. By entering Dusk Till Dawn between January 11th 2023 and January 17th 2023 you agree that you may feature in this media.
